The main reason I fell in love with our new house is the split staircase (a.k.a. saddleback staircase). There is a nice foyer...and then the stairs...and it just felt so right.

I agree! It's gorgeous! And I wouldn't have thought to paint a sunroom (any room?) navy, either, but I know you can pull it off ;) When do you move in?
